Hello Everyone,
Here it is! The letter you’ve all been waiting for…plans for the 42nd annual Bélanger Family Reunion.
We hope you’ve all been well over the winter and are looking forward to another fun-filled, memory-making August long week-end. We are thrilled to be your hosts and hope you enjoy the activities that we have planned for you.
We have chosen Milton Heights Campground, in Milton, Ontario as our gathering place for this year’s reunion. Our park host is Jean Casarin. To reserve your spot for this year, please call Milton Heights Campground directly at 905-878-6781. We ask that you reserve your spot by April 30th as this will give Jean plenty of time to accommodate your request and ensure availability. You will also need to leave one night’s deposit. We plan to continue with a few of our favourite traditions such as the Saturday & Sunday morning coffee, tea & muffin social, as well as our Saturday evening dessert & coffee social. Please remember to bring your desserts or other special treats for everyone to enjoy.
Another popular tradition of course, is the 50/50 draw (but don’t worry, you won’t have to compete against ‘us’ this year. As your hosts, we are bowing out this time….but we’ll be back next year with ‘the gloves on.’ Good luck to all of you this year!
We will also have a penny sale/draw on Sunday with winners to be announced at the Sunday night meeting.
On Saturday evening we have a special event planned. In lieu of dressing up to a special theme, we have decided to replace this with the Bélanger Talent Show. We think it will be wonderful to see what hidden talents lie within our own amazing family. This show is for all ages and we ask that you register with us so that we can make plans to fit everyone in. Don’t be shy! Show us what you can do (more details on attached Talent Show Registration Form). This form also includes Family Attendance info. needed, as well as information required for children’s games/prizes. Please return this form A.S.A.P.
These are just a few of the things that we have planned for you. A week-end itinerary will be given to you upon arrival at which time we will collect all reunion dues. Don’t forget, family dues are $20 per family and $10 for young adults – 18 years and over.

help us with the sound system on Saturday night, we would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you for the invitation. Our daugther Brigitte is expecting a baby on July 3. So far Robert and I have decided not to attend the reunion. We wish you all the good weather possible and also lots of fun.
